For each day in December until Christmas we’ll be presenting an extra special party dinner menu.
Soup of the day with crusty bread
Game pate with home-made onion marmalade and oatcakes
Pan-fried scallops with fondant potato, Stornoway black pudding and sauteed chorizo
Smoked cheddar filo pastry parcel with spiced puy lentil casserole
Stuffed turkey fillet with pigs in blanket and gravy
Pan-fried sea bass with roast potatoes, carmelised red onion, and paprika and caper butter
Beef fillets with a red wine and blackberry reduction, and potato and celeriac mash
Nut roast with port sauce and parsnip crisp
All served with roast potatoes, carrots, brussels sprouts and parsnips
Xmas pudding with brandy sauce
Trio of creme brulee, orange and cointreau cheesecake, home-made chocolate biscuit and ice-cream
